A solar-powered mp3 player plays Martin Luther King's "I have a dream" speech on repeat during daylight hours. The volume from the speaker is loud enough to be heard on a park bench directly underneath its installation and not more than within a ten foot radius. This project was vandalized three times in the first four days of installation.
